WSL mask 84 which can be downloaded HERE
When it says resize I always used the raster deform tool to resize
Open psp and open a 600X600 new transparent raster layer
open Bg5 from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers, new mask layer from image scroll down
to the name of your mask WSL mask 84
with only the source luminance ticked and apply
Delete mask layer then merge group
Open fence from the kit resize position right side
of the mask add drop shadow I used 3, 3, 50, 3.00
Open Kennel from the kit resize and position left
of the fence add drop shadow
Open Fire Hydrant from the kit, resize position
in front of the fence add drop shadow
Open spotty dog from kit, resize position in front of the
kennel, add drop shadow
Open dinner bowl from kit, resize position in front of the
spotty dog, add drop shadow
Open bird 1 resize, position on beware of the dog
sign, add drop shadow
Open bird 2 from the kit, resize, position on top of
the kennel, add drop shadow
Paste your tube of choice resize add a drop shadow
Position in front of the fence
Add Your licence and your watermark
right click merge all flattern
