When it says resize I always used the raster deform tool to resize
Open psp and open a 600X600 new transparent raster layer
open frame 9 add drop shadow and position near the top
open paper 2 copy and then close paper layer
with your magic wand click inside frame layer
selections, modify expand by 10 paste paper layer selections
invert and hit delete on keyboard, selections select none
move paper layer below frame layer
Click the frame layer click the magic wand tollerance 20 and 0 feather
click inside the frame a circle should appear
paste your tube then selections invert press the delete button on your keyboard
selections select none.
Paste your tube again positioning in same place as previous tube move to
above the frame layer using your eraser tool settings
32, 50, 25, 100, 100, 0, 100
remove parts of the tube that are outside bottom
of the frame. Add dropshadow
Open doodle 17 resize position at the right of frame add
drop shadow, duplicate image then mirror
Open doodle 18 resize position at the right of frame add
drop shadow, duplicate image then mirror
Open doodle 20 resize position at the right of frame add
drop shadow, duplicate image then mirror
open flower 8 resize duplicate place both flowers at the bottom of
the frame in the centre add drop shadow
open flower 6 resize duplicate place both flowers at the bottom of
the frame in the centre add drop shadow
open flower 5 resize placeflower at the bottom of
the frame in the centre add drop shadow
open flower 12 resize position at the right of frame add
drop shadow, duplicate image then mirror
open flower 11 resize position at the right of frame add

Open bird 1 resize position on left flowers add drop shadow
