When it says resize I always used the raster deform tool to resize
Open psp and open a 600X600 new transparent raster layer
open red and gold paper from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minamize it for now
open layers, new mask layer from image scroll down
to the name of your mask UF Mask 24
with source luminance and invert mask data ticked and apply
Delete mask layer merge group
add drop shadow
3, 3, 50, 3.00
Merge all (flattern)
Open rabbit gold resize, plugins Eyecandy 400 Gradient Glow
with these settings 3.00 0 100 draw only ticked
colour white ok add drop shadow
Open dog gold resize, plugins Eyecandy 400 Gradient Glow
with these settings 3.00 0 100 draw only ticked
colour white ok add drop shadow
position inside left side of mask
Open lantern resize, add drop shadow and move to right
side of mask on one of the swirls
Open corner bloom resize position left corner of mask
add drop shadow
Open butterfly 2 resize, add drop shadow and position as desired
duplicate the butterfly layer, image mirror
and place as desired
Paste your tube of choice resize add a drop shadow
Add Your licence and your watermark
right click merge all flattern
